From art scences to the feuilleton the curator has been increasingly discussed as the „meta-artist“. This work focuses on this highly debated relationship between artist and curator and leads it to absurdity. For this work curatorial texts from the last 2 years were collected and selected according to personal criteria. Rhetoric patterns and a certain lingusitic code within these texts mark a particular focus of interest.
This establishes a snapshot of present, linguistic conventions, which allows a voyeruistic view of the discourse-rules of contamporary art scene.
